I've spent years struggling to manage my anxiety, but nothing ever quite worked for me. I began to believe it was just who I was and who I would always be. It wasn't until I learned about the nervous system, how it operates, and how to work with it that everything changed for me. I have now spent years studying Holisitic Nutrition, Tapping (aka EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique), and polyvagal theory to understand anxiety from a truly holistic approach. This guide is a culmination of that education and my years in practice in which I have put together an approach to manage anxiety from where its source - the body. In this 60+ page guide I will teach you about your nervous system, how to understand what anxiety really is from a somatic perspective, as well as provide you with practical tools, such as EFT and other somatic based practices, to help you finally work with your body to acknowledge and meet it where it is at.
